This 30-minute Sound Bath is created especially for children, offering a peaceful space to listen, learn, and explore the soothing world of sound healing. Each session includes an introduction to the instruments, mindful listening, and moments of quiet reflection.
Children will experience the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes & other instruments while learning how sound and stillness help bring balance to the mind and body. There will also be time for curiosity and questions.
