As we step into 2026, our first week together is dedicated to Renewal & Energetic Reset. These Sound Baths gently support the clearing of anything that feels heavy or lingering from 2025 while opening space for new intentions, fresh energy, and deep presence. Focus is on the Root & Sacral Chakras. The Root chakra clears survival stress and old energetic residue. The Sacral chakra supports flow, emotional release, and creative renewal, helping stagnant energy move and reset.

A week to stabilize the body and prepare the energetic field for the New Moon on January 18th. Grounding, Embodiment & New Moon Preparation supports calming the nervous system, reconnecting with your physical self, and giving your intentions a sturdy foundation to grow. Focus is on the Root Chakra. Embodiment is about being fully present in the physical body. The Root chakra anchors awareness into the here-and-now.

A powerful week following the January 18th New Moon, focusing on visioning, clarity, and calling in what you’re ready to create. New Moon Intentions, Vision & Activation invites you to connect with your deepest desires and activate your inner guidance. Focus is on the Third Eye & Solar Plexus Chakras. The Third Eye opens clarity, intuition, and insight, while the Solar Plexus provides the confidence, motivation, and willpower to activate and move forward on what is seen.

1/27 - 1/31 Integration, Alignment & Inner Harmony

After a powerful month of renewal and intention-setting, this week invites you to settle, absorb, and align. Integration, Alignment & Inner Harmony supports the body in processing the energetic movement of January—especially the New Moon intentions you set and activated. Focus is on the Heart & Crown Chakras. Integration happens through compassion and acceptance.
